And here I discuss with you, really a lot of this stuff that I've learned and some of the best practices around hiring and managing teams of virtual assistants cause that's what I've done for a while now. My businesses run off of teams of virtual assistants so I can share a ton of stuff and answer a ton of your questions. So let's dive into this one today.
What are some of the benefits of hiring a virtual assistant? Well you know, I'm going to break this down for you and probably take it in a different way than you've probably heard it before. Because a lot of people talk all about that. You can go to a lot of websites and see some of the benefits but let me give you some of the hidden benefits today. Some of the things that may go a little bit unnoticed but are game changers for you, okay? So let's say you are a small business owner. I guess that probably is you, and you're looking at bringing on some people because you want your business to grow, okay? And you have some options.
Option number one is, you can hire an employee. Option number two, you can hire a virtual assistant to do some of the tasks that you have that will help you grow. So, those are kind of your options and you kind of weigh which way to go. And now you start to learn a little bit about virtual assistants and you're leaning that way.
Well, here's one of the major hidden benefits of hiring a virtual assistant, especially before you actually hire part-time or full-time employees onto your staff. It's just that simple, guys.
