How many times have you gone through the hiring process, only to be disappointed with the results? Perhaps you’ve hired someone who wasn’t a good fit for the job.
If so, you’re not alone. In fact, it’s happened to all of us. We’ve hired someone- whether it’s an employee or a virtual assistant- and we’re excited to have them on board. But then, we quickly discover that they don’t really know what they’re doing or maybe they don’t take direction well.
The good news is that there are ways to improve your chances of finding the right employees that at least take directions well.
